Failure sucks. There’s no sugarcoating it. It’s embarrassing, demoralizing, and can make you question your self-worth. Yet, if there’s one thing I’ve learned through a mountain of my own mistakes, it’s this: failure is not the end — it’s a beginning. And if you learn how to handle it, failure can actually be one of the most valuable tools in your arsenal.

For a long time, I did everything I could to avoid it. I played it safe, aimed low, and did just enough to stay within my comfort zone. But the thing is, you can’t avoid failure forever. It will find you — whether you’re trying to start a business, switch careers, or even manage your personal relationships. And when it does, you have a choice: let it crush you, or use it to fuel your growth.
